ECROS will implement integrated career development services across the EUt+ alliance, centred on personalised guidance and mentoring programs. These services will follow CoARA guidelines, use ResearchComp for evaluation, and align with each university’s specific values.
The framework will support early-career researchers through strategic career planning, mentor selection, and regular progress evaluations, all embedded within partner universities’ Doctoral Schools and accessible through the ECROS digital platform.
