ECROS supports short- and long-term mobility opportunities for early career researchers to gain practical experience across Europe in industry and non-academic sectors.
Through intersectoral placements and skill-building mobilities, ECRs will enhance their career adaptability, expand their networks, and gain exposure to diverse professional environments.
Synergies with existing EU programmes such as Erasmus+ and MSCA will reinforce these actions.
To foster innovation and entrepreneurship, ECROS will provide targeted training, mentorship, and start-up support.
Leveraging structures like the EUt+ Entrepreneurial School and Student Start-up Lab, the project will help researchers acquire entrepreneurial skills, explore spin-off creation, and engage in innovation ecosystems.
Career mentors will guide ECRs in aligning opportunities with their individual goals, ensuring personalised and sustainable development.
