ECROS will develop a dynamic training catalogue aligned with the ResearchComp framework and tailored to individual career paths defined through the project’s mentoring program. Informed by survey results and ECR feedback, the training offer will cover transversal competencies, interdisciplinary topics, and industry-relevant content.
Key areas include business administration, entrepreneurship and innovation, open science and IPR, research-related legislation, public engagement, transferable skills, and ethical research practices—all designed to support diverse and future-proof research careers.
